Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bets voided, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of the deposit method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. winboc will never ask you to disclose your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
You must notify winboc immediately via your Account dashboard's live chat function if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. winboc accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
winboc supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks), Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed within the Wallet section of your Account.
All deposits are credited to your winboc Wallet in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winboc processes withdrawals to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible, as a fraud-prevention measure. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average for e-wallet methods during normal operating conditions.
winboc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests, including requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory documentation has been received and verified.
Deposits made in error, or deposits that trigger an automated fraud alert, may be held pending investigation. winboc is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
winboc offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, and free bets. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your winboc Wallet. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds in excess of any stated maximum bonus win cap may be removed from your Account balance at winboc's discretion.
winboc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Suspected abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or coordinated wagering — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account closure.
All Bets placed on the winboc Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the relevant game interface or the winboc FAQ section. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction during a game or sports event, winboc reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts.
Odds and paylines are set by winboc and its provider partners. Obvious errors in odds (including but not limited to pricing errors materially different from the correct market price) will not be honoured — affected Bets will be voided and stakes returned. winboc operates the sportsbook in accordance with standard Asian Handicap and Over/Under conventions.
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time based on real-world event developments. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is subsequently cancelled or abandoned in accordance with the applicable rules for that sport.
Users of the winboc Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:
winboc employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Confirmed violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the winboc Platform — including but not limited to the winboc brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of winboc or its licensed providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of winboc.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winboc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, third-party payment delays, or changes to game availability.
winboc's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User into their winboc Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winboc collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winboc does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
